LA8520M-TLM-E Description
The LA8520M-TLM-E is a high-performance switching regulator IC manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is designed to provide a regulated output voltage from an input voltage of up to 40V. Its output current can reach up to 500mA and its switching frequency can be adjusted from 250kHz to 1.2MHz. The device also includes a built-in soft-start circuitry, enabling smooth start-up, as well as protection against over-temperature, over-current and over-voltage. It is available in a thermally enhanced, SO-8 package.
